Join the 30, 60 or 100 day challenge!

New year, new you! Get ready for the 30, 60 and 100 day yoga challenges all starting January 15th.  Where do you want to be in 30 days? What do you want to look and feel like in 60 days? What if you could change your life in 100 days?  Join the challenge to push yourself and stay motivated into the new year.

HOW IT WORKS: Auto-pay and annual members can join the challenge at no cost, just sign up on the challenge board in the studio. All others must purchase a challenge package. If you purchase a challenge but are unable to finish it, you will still have unlimited classes at the studio until your challenge end date.  What happens if you cant make it a day? Double up on classes another day to make up for it!
PRIZES: Each challenge has a different prize, with prizes getting sweeter the longer the challenge. See below for prizes.
INVITE A FRIEND: Working out is more fun with a friend! Get a friend new to the studio to sign up for a challenge and you will receive a $20 Redux Gift card. 

Where do you want to be in 30 days?

To complete the challenge the participant must complete 30 classes in 30 consecutive days. Participants who successfully complete the 30 day challenge receive 4 free guest passes($100 value).

What do you want to look and feel like in 60 days?

To complete the challenge the participant must complete 60 classes in 60 consecutive days. Those who successfully complete the 60 day challenge will receive 6 free guest passes, a free challenge t-shirt and a free private lesson with Griffin Peddicord ($300 value)

What if you could change your life in 100 days?

 To complete the challenge the participant must complete 100 classes in 100 consecutive days. To be considered successful, participants must take each style of yoga at least twice in the challenge: (bikram, RX, hot flow, hot power, griffin flow). Participants are also expected to complete a list of daily challenges. These challenges are posted each Sunday night on Slack, Facebook, and Instagram.

Example: Week 1 Daily Challenges (after or before class):

  • 10 pushups
  • 10 backbends (can be camels, wheels, bridges, supervised wall walks)
  • 10 minutes of meditation (no particular style required)
  • 1 minute plank
  • 10 crunches

Participants who successfully complete the 100 day RX challenge receive 8 free guest passes, a free private lesson with Griffin Peddicord ($300 value), a free challenge t-shirt, and one month of free unlimited yoga.
